2. General information on data processing
We process visitors’ personal data only to the extent necessary to operate a functional website and provide our content and services. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Contacting the studio
If you contact us by email or using the details on our contact page, we process the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address and message, solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) or, for enquiries relating to a potential commission, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).
4. Google Analytics
If Google Analytics (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited) is configured on this website, it is used for statistical analysis of visits. It is activated only after your express consent through the cookie banner under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. 5. Google Maps
Our contact page displays a Google Maps map to help you find the studio. Opening this page may establish a connection to Google’s servers.
6. International data transfers
Using Google Analytics and Google Maps may result in data being transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC states that it is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which governs the protection of personal data transferred between the EU and the United States.

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry or, in connection with a commission, for the periods required by legal, tax or contractual retention obligations.
