About us
Architecture shaped by
context and place
mcg architects is an architecture studio based in Palma de Mallorca, with extensive experience in designing houses and villas. We develop clear spaces and volumes in response to the particular qualities of each site.
Our clients’ individual needs, the island’s building traditions and the character of its landscape are the starting points for a contemporary architectural language. In response to climate change, we focus on sustainable materials, energy-efficient systems and collaboration with local makers and companies.
Our team
mcg architects was founded in Palma de Mallorca by Marc Christian Gehlhaar, Ana Ramírez Calderón and Lukas Morong.
We are an international team working in Spanish, English, German and Czech. We help clients navigate the local context and develop their project through direct, personal communication.
We work with specialist collaborators: Maria Bustamante in interior design and Miguel Morell in building services engineering.
